How do I get started?

Getting started with Done is convenient and easy. Simply visit our website at https://donefirst.com, and click "Am I a Fit?".

You will be prompted to fill out a quick 1-minute assessment which will determine whether or not you might be a candidate for treatment. Should a diagnosis seem likely, you'll be asked to book an appointment. Select an appointment time then we'll send you additional intake forms to complete before the appointment as well as your appointment link. These forms are important as your provider needs them to make a thorough assessment, so please be sure to accomplish them.
