How to reschedule the follow-up appointment?


Rescheduling or canceling your appointment in our portal is straightforward. Follow these steps:
  1. Access Appointment Details: Log in to your account and navigate to your appointment details.
  2. Choose Reschedule or Cancel: Within the appointment details, you'll find options to either reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  3. Select Reschedule: Opt for the reschedule option to see your provider's availability.
  4. Check Provider's Availability: If your provider has available slots, you can select a new appointment time. Otherwise, we recommend holding onto your current appointment for now.
