Uploading your lab results is simple and convenient through your portal.
Just head to the Consultation tab and send a message to your doctor indicating that you want to upload a file. Once your doctor responds, you can attach the lab result to the conversation to send it to your provider.
Alternatively, you can email the lab result to us at support@donefirst.com, and we'll handle the upload for you. Don't worry, we'll also forward it to your provider.
