If you're making a permanent move, you'll need to switch to a new provider. Don't worry, the process is straightforward. Simply update your address or pharmacy information when submitting your refill request, and select "Permanently change." We'll match you with a new provider in the new state.
To ensure you receive your medication without interruption, we'll promptly process your current refill request within 3 business days.
After this refill, and before your next one, we'll facilitate a transition to a new provider. You might need to schedule an appointment with the new provider to continue your care seamlessly.
