Can my provider send a written prescription?
Written prescriptions are not available per Done.'s policies. Our providers currently only issue prescriptions electronically, meaning the prescription will be directly transmitted to your pharmacy of choice.
Do you accept any alternative proof of residency?
At this time, we only accept a valid photo ID that is not expired. You may not receive a prescription without proper identification, and most pharmacies will not dispense ADHD medication without an in-state photo ID.
