When will my refill get approved?

Please allow up to 48 hours for your provider to prescribe.

If it's been longer than 48 hours, we've forwarded your request to your provider and are waiting for their response. We will notify you as soon as we receive any updates.

If you're facing a medication gap and haven't received a prescription notification, you can contact your doctor directly about your prescription status through the EHR consultation "Issue Getting Medication."
